Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily planning, organizing, and operations of the distribution center for pharmaceutical products in Bethlehem, PA.

You will lead a team, ensure accurate order processing, packing and shipping, and maintain safety and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, training staff, monitoring KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations at the supervisor level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow of picking, packing and shipping to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Perform quality inspections on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy in count and labeling.
• Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and government regulations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Prepare reports on KPIs, lost sales, errors, and production output for management.
