Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center RX Supervisor to lead day-to-day Rx distribution operations and optimize workflow. You will oversee a team across multiple departments, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards while driving efficiency and accuracy.

The role is 2nd shift (roughly 3:30pm-12:00am) with some flexibility based on volume. A minimum of 2 years of leadership in a similar environment is required, along with strong MS Office skills and WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Production or Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry/analysis.
• WMS experience preferred or in use in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with guidelines.
• Implement quality control measures and regular audits to verify accuracy in picking/packing/shipping.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and train staff on safety protocols.
