Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a distribution/fulfillment environment.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office.
• Lean Six-Sigma experience preferred; strong data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Rx distribution center operations and lead multi-department teams.
• Ensure SOPs are implemented and productivity optimized while minimizing errors.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and shipment of materials per guidelines; maintain compliance.
• Implement quality controls and audits for accurate picking, packing and shipping.
