Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist to manage regulatory compliance programs, focusing on licensure, regulatory intelligence, controlled substance due diligence, and operational regulatory support within pharmaceutical distribution and 3PL environments.

Responsibilities include licensing management, records readiness, regulatory updates interpretation, and cross-functional governance to ensure continued compliance across state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years’ experience equivalent.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in pharma distribution or 3PL environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end licensing compliance across state and federal licenses.
• Lead preparation, submission, renewal, and maintenance of licenses with stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready licensing records and inspection readiness.
• Monitor regulatory updates from FDA, DEA, NABP and others; assess applicability to operations.
• Support implementation of regulatory changes into SOPs and controls.
• Perform regulatory due diligence for controlled substances and monitor orders for compliance with DEA/state rules.
