Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Client Enablement Advisor to drive end-to-end sales support for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, translating client needs into Forsyth data solutions and coordinating cross-functional teams from BD, Data, and Product.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in life sciences data sales, you will craft insights, manage SOW content, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning deliverables with contracts. The role is based in New York and offers bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in data sales support, life sciences.
• Experience with Pharma Manufacturers and commercial analytics.
• Strong SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand client problems and assess needs through investigation.
• Translate business questions into data-based Forsyth solutions.
• Coordinate content for SOW aligned to capabilities and timelines.
• Lead implementation and post-sales service delivery for clinical analytics.
• Set up client meetings and manage milestones post-sale.
• Develop strategies to expand contracts and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain Forsyth data knowledge and position vs competitors.
• Translate between BD, Data, and Product.
