The Cigna Group is seeking a Client Enablement Advisor to drive end-to-end sales support for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, translating client needs into Forsyth data solutions and coordinating cross-functional teams from BD, Data, and Product.
With a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in life sciences data sales, you will craft insights, manage SOW content, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning deliverables with contracts. The role is based in New York and offers bonus eligibility.
The Client Enablement Advisor is responsible for providing subject matter expertise throughout the end-to-end sales process with Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. They will be tasked with understanding client’s analytical needs and recommending Forsyth solutions based upon those needs. In this role, the Client Enablement Advisor will collaborate with all Forsyth cross‑functional teams, including Data, Product, and Business Development.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience supporting data sales, specifically in life sciences. Experience working directly with (or for) Pharma Manufacturers (Commercial analytics, sales operations, Market Access analytics, payer marketing, HEOR, etc.) Strong analytical skills preferred, specifically proficiency with SQL and Excel. Demonstrated ability to support multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills (verbal, written). Looks for innovative ways to complete deliverables. Organized and experienced in meeting deadlines. Possesses problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to drive results. Adapts to ambiguous or unfamiliar terrains. Strong collaboration skills. Values other perspectives. Able to work comfortably with leadership and matrix partners.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,700 - 157,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
