Job summary

The Cigna Group in the United States seeks a Client Enablement Advisor to guide pharmaceutical manufacturers through the end-to-end sales cycle with Forsyth solutions. You will translate client analytics needs into data-based recommendations and coordinate with Data, Product, and Business Development teams.

Role includes managing implementation, client training, and expansion of existing contracts, with annual salary 94,700–157,800 USD and eligibility for bonus; comprehensive benefits start day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting data sales in life sciences.
• Experience with Pharma Manufacturers (commercial analytics, sales ops, HEOR, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand client problems and assess needs through investigation.
• Translate business questions into data-based solutions matching Forsyth data model.
• Proactively provide recommendations from client data insights.
• Coordinate content for SOW and map client needs to data and products.
• Establish internal and external relationships; serve as primary POC for service delivery.
• Represent clients internally and coordinate with Data and Product to implement initiatives.
• Manage client expectations and contract deliverables.
