Job summary

TriOptus LLC is seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide front-line support for Radioligand Therapies (RLT). You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, manage orders and scheduling, and document activity in our systems.

This role requires patient focus, accuracy, and adherence to compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in healthcare support, with Salesforce or case-management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of healthcare/pharma or related healthcare experience.
• Experience in phone-based customer support is required.
• Experience with oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Salesforce and telephony/case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer support via phone and email for RLT products.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage orders, scheduling, and delivery activities; document interactions.
• Escalate issues per established protocols and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow compliance guidelines and maintain accurate case records.
