Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Contract Administrator in Morristown, NJ for a 12-month contract. The role operates in a hybrid environment with a standard Mon-Fri 8–5 schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance and 2 years of pharma Managed Markets contract experience.

Responsibilities include contract setup, pricing accuracy, approvals, and coordinating with account management, wholesalers, distributors and customers. Experience with SAP and Model N Flex is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 2–4 years’ contract experience.
• 2 years pharma/vaccine Managed Markets experience in Contracting, Pricing, Operations or other critical thinking discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Experience using SAP and Model N Flex applications.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement contract agreements/amendments for new/discontinued products and other changes.
• Ensure accurate pricing, necessary approvals, signatures,Membership eligibility, and distributor notifications.
• Provide support to wholesalers/distributors on contract setup, pricing, and eligibility.
• Assist with resolving contract problems and customer inquiries.
• Manage general mailbox communications.
• Process contracts for countersignature.
• Support the implementation of new systems.
