Sanofi's FLEXT Direct contingent workforce program seeks a Business Analyst I for a 12 month contract in Morristown, NJ. The role focuses on contract setup within the Contract Development and Analytics department, interfacing with Account Management, internal teams, and external customers to ensure accurate pricing and compliance.

Key duties include creating and adjusting contracts, ensuring approvals and eligibility, and supporting system implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 2–4 years’ contract experience.
• 2 years pharmaceutical/vaccine Managed Markets experience in Contracting, Pricing, Operations.
• 2 years analytical and business experience focused on reviewing and executing contracts.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with Account Management, internal teams, wholesalers, distributors, and customers to provide contract information.
• Ensure accurate contract pricing and compliance; support downstream processes.
• Create and implement contracts, amendments, and product changes in systems.
• Manage general mailbox communications and processing of countersignature contracts.
• Assist with system implementations and onboarding of new processes.
