Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pharma facility or lab construction project delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical facility construction site activities and manage field operations.
• Support the Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Senior Superintendent in oversight of progress, manpower, and coordination between the trades.
• Assist in ensuring subcontractor and vendor work is completed safely and in compliance with contract documents and schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and assist with budget tracking and change documentation.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel; ensure submittals meet requirements.
