Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pharma Facility or Lab Construction Project Delivery with a CM Firm or General Contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline preferred or equivalent technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical facility construction site activities and manage specific trades on site.
• Support the Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Senior Superintendent in oversight of work progress and manpower.
• Ensure subcontractor work is completed safely and in compliance with contract documents and schedule.
• Collect and assemble on-site testing, inspection reports, and close-out documentation for the IPS Commissioning/Validation team.
• Coordinate communications between subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel; document communications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, durations, sequencing, and logic for assigned trades.
• Contribute to project budget understanding and identify cost exceptions throughout execution.
