Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Internship experience or 1–3 years of professional experience in Construction Project Delivery or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Project Directors.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communications among project stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
• Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
• Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
• Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.
