Job summary

MPI seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead pharmaceutical construction projects in the Greater Raleigh and RTP region, overseeing regulated manufacturing and cleanroom environments.

This role drives the growth of a new North Carolina operation, partnering with project management and engineering teams to deliver multi-site initiatives, including a $10M renovation, while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Experience with aseptic packaging and stainless steel process systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Raleigh and RTP market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Superintendent role on pharmaceutical projects in Raleigh/RTP.
• Oversee site operations, safety, scheduling, quality control, and trade coordination.
• Manage cleanroom, aseptic packaging, and stainless steel systems.
• Coordinate packaging operations and facility renovations.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and drive solutions to maintain schedule and scope.
• Support growth of the North Carolina operation and market expansion.
• Collaborate with PM and Engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Lead a $10M pharmaceutical renovation and pursue additional opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and zero-incident culture.
