Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent for pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects in Raleigh, NC. You will lead field operations, ensure GMP compliance, safety, quality, and schedule, and supervise HVAC, piping, and electrical installations.

With 7+ years in pharma/life sciences construction and OSHA 30, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage turnover, and maintain regulatory standards while delivering high-quality results for our clients in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences construction, in a supervisor/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP environments and validated facilities.
• Experience overseeing mechanical/HVAC, process piping, sanitary piping and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, specs and technical docs.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain) and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for pharma/life sciences construction while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and GMP compliance.
• Supervise multidisciplinary activities including cleanroom HVAC, piping and electrical work.
• Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, inspections, deliveries and commissioning.
• Manage daily reporting, manpower tracking, documentation and turnover per regulatory standards.
