Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards.
• Proven hazard recognition and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site safety resource for project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections, safety audits, and field observations.
• Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and verify timely resolution.
• Lead Pre-Task Planning and Job Safety Analyses.
• Facilitate safety trainings and orientations.
• Ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
• Support high-risk activities and incident investigations.
• Maintain safety reports and project safety metrics.
• Collaborate to drive continuous safety improvements.
