Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years meeting planning experience with at least 2 years supporting Pharma business.
• Pharmaceutical Congress experience is a plus.
• 4-year degree preferred; CMP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish workflow schedules with client and suppliers to handle program details.
• Run program from contract turnover to final billing in the program management system.
• Negotiate hotel, DMC, air and third-party contracts; monitor cancellations to ensure contracted services are performed.
