Responsibilities

• Establish workflow schedule with client and suppliers to enable timely handling of all program details.
• Run program from contract turnover to final bill in the business program management system.
• Negotiate hotel needs, DMC services, air and third-party contracts; monitor attrition and cancellation policies.
• Coordinate IT and client requirements for web needs on assigned programs.
• Attend site inspections and develop program itineraries with detailed requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and program forecasting in line with policies.
• Communicate with teams to ensure registration and travel needs are met.
• Lead status meetings and VIP projects; build relationships with client contacts and suppliers.
• Review processes and suggest improvements; update financials in management systems.
