Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio development and control strategy development for drug products.
• Drive execution and results across PCT programs and cross-functional partners.
• Clarify priorities and translate into actionable steps for teams.
• Sponsor continuous improvement and drive organizational change.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships and sponsor high-performing teams.
• Ensure technical reviews occur with diverse partner groups.
• Utilize development tools for staff at multiple levels.
• Contribute to regulatory strategy, siting and tech transfer plans.
• Oversee core functions: PCT Source, APEX facility, safety, digital strategy, compliance, modeling, data platforms, diversity and inclusion, due diligence, capital projects.
