You will contribute to process development, technology transfer, scale‑up, and validation of small‑molecule solid dosage drugs across pilot to commercial production. You will collaborate with R&D, analytical, regulatory, quality and operations, apply DOE and cGMP principles, and help prepare technical documents, while advancing innovation, data analytics, and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with related experience in chemical/biochemical engineering or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Experience with developing and transferring processes in pharma settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and interpret pharmaceutical process development studies from pilot to commercial scale.
• Participate in cross-functional tech transfer and design space development.
• Apply risk-based development using Quality by Design approaches.
• Author protocols, reports, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with R&D, analytical, regulatory, QA, packaging and operations.
