Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in contract management or procurement.
• Experience with CDMO/CMO in a regulated environment is essential.
• Certification in Contract Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle for commercial accounts from intake to execution.
• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements like MSAs and SOWs.
• Coordinate reviews with legal and finance teams for contract compliance.
