Sandoz, located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters, is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage end-to-end contracting for GPOs, wholesalers, distributors, specialty pharmacies and IDNs. You will draft, negotiate and execute agreements, collaborating with the Market Access Strategy team and Legal to ensure compliant terms.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in pharmaceutical contract work, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to handle multiple

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of contract drafting and negotiations for pharmaceutical commercial contracts.
• Advanced understanding of legal and business aspects of commercial pharmaceutical contracts, including interpretation of contract terms.
• Experience across GPOs, Specialty Pharmacies, Distribution, Institutional segments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end contracting process for assigned accounts: draft, negotiate and execute contracts with GPOs, Wholesalers, Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies and IDNs.
• Collaborate with Market Access Strategy on implementation of new contracting strategies.
• Liaise with Legal and internal partners to develop standard and customized terms and conditions.
• Ensure all financial, legal, compliance and corporate guidelines are met.
• Perform special projects.
