Job summary

BPD is seeking a Vice President (VP), Principal to lead your assigned pharmaceutical clients as the executive owner of relationships and outcomes. You will inspire client engagement and drive profitable account growth while guiding internal teams to meet client needs and goals on every project.

You will develop knowledge of the client's business, marketplace, and patients, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, compliant, and impactful brand programs across channels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience with executive responsibility.
• Experience leading brands from pre-commercial planning through launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with clear recommendations.
• Advertising agency experience and broad media landscape understanding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive owner of assigned pharmaceutical client relationships.
• Drive growth by developing account strategies and new opportunities.
• Manage client P&Ls balancing high-value, high-quality work with profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Media, Strategy, Creative, Project Management.
• Provide executive-level strategic counsel on regulatory milestones and launch timing.
