Job summary

Haleon seeks a Capital Portfolio Management Manager to drive multi-project execution from concept through close-out, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with site objectives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare estimates and schedules, review contractor bids and design deliverables, apply cGMP principles, and promote efficient, compliant project delivery across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Engineering (Preferred).
• Experience in Automation and Packaging Capital Projects Preferred.
• More than eight (8) years of experience in capital project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplined capital projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate information across the project team to facilitate execution.
• Prepare routine project status reports.
• Apply engineering principles and methodologies to project and support work.
• Identify technical problems and develop problem-solving solutions.
