You will convert scope data, vendor information, and market data into traceable estimates and support benchmarking and risk assessment.

Requires 5+ years of estimating experience, a relevant engineering degree, and ability to travel up to 25%. Strong knowledge of CSI/Uniformat and BP/BOM concepts is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct capital cost estimating experience for industrial and life sciences projects.
• Ability to develop estimates across multiple levels of project definition, including conceptual to detailed.

Aufgaben

• Develop capital cost estimates from Class 5 through Class 1 using appropriate methods.
• Prepare estimate plans, bases of estimate, and supporting documentation.
• Interpret drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and contracts to define scope and cost.
• Benchmark costs using historical data and market intelligence.
• Maintain estimates in Oracle Unifier PMIS for auditable trails.
• Support multidisciplinary estimate reviews and cost narratives for reviews.
