Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a CSA Capital Cost Estimator to develop owner-side Class 5 through Class 1 cost estimates for civil, structural, and related construction scopes on complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects. You will translate evolving scope, design information, and market data into complete, traceable estimates and support benchmarking and reviews at multiple project stages.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of capital cost estimating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of direct capital cost estimating experience in industrial or life sciences.
• Experience developing estimates across multiple levels of project definition.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop owner-side capital cost estimates from Class 5 to Class 1 for pharma manufacturing projects.
• Convert scope, design information, and benchmarks into traceable estimates with clear documentation.
• Benchmark against historical data, validate reasonableness, and document variances.
• Prepare bases of estimate, pricing build-ups, and support documentation for reviews.
