Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Calibration Technician (Pharma) to perform calibrations, qualifications, and preventative maintenance on complex instrumentation in a GxP environment at onsite Holly Springs, NC. This contract-to-hire role offers a rate range of $25-$50/hr with DOE and daily per diem.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in metrology or calibration, with pharma/regulated experience and strong knowledge of traceability and TAR. Per diems and lodging options are available for longer travel.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in metrology, instrumentation, or calibration.
Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated Quality Systems.
Proficient with process control loops and lab equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, balances.
Strong understanding of Traceability, TAR, and uncertainty ratios.
Able to climb stairs and lift moderately to heavily; safety conscious.
MS Office and electrical safety procedures knowledge.
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Electronics, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform calibrations, qualifications, and PMs on instrumentation.
Complete accurate GxP documentation per FDA requirements.
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
Maintain NIST traceability and proper substitution of standards.
Report safety issues and keep work areas organized and professional.
Collaborate with client personnel on technical solutions and value opportunities.
Use CMMS to track and document all maintenance events.
