Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through Experis, is seeking a Calibration Technician to join the Process Team in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will perform calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance with GxP documentation in a pharmaceutical setting, ensuring compliance with FDA standards.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage small projects, and supervise technicians while building strong client relationships and contributing to public health.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in metrology, instrumentation, or calibration within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Understanding of calibration concepts, including accuracy testing and traceability.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within the defined scope of work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Complete calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance with accurate GxP documentation.
• Work in an FDA regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide effective solutions to client needs.
