Qualifications

• A two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment: GMP, FDA, etc.
• Understanding of calibration concepts: Traceability, Test Accuracy and Uncertainty Ratios.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical panel safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform process calibrations on temperature, pressure, flow, conductivity, and pH instrumentation.
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
• Conduct loop checks, loop calibrations, and troubleshoot instrumentation and manufacturing equipment.
• Work with 4-20mA transmitters, process instrumentation, and utility systems.
• Complete calibration records, maintenance documentation, and ensure GMP-compliant paperwork.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, technical drawings, and instrumentation documentation.
