You will develop new client relationships, craft compelling proposals, and drive territory plans to meet annual goals with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 5–10 years in pharma/B2B, CDMO/CMO experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in pharma/B2B sales and marketing.
• CDMO/CMO experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships to meet yearly goals.
• Work with Sales Operations to craft proposals for opportunities.
• Create territory plans to generate leads and opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinate contracts from CDA to service agreements with legal.
• Represent the company at local/regional and national meetings.
• Lead marketing lead generation campaigns for the CMO business.
• Collaborate on project teams as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
