Azurity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager to join the Marketing Team.

This role focuses on developing and executing brand and portfolio strategies, leveraging insights to drive revenue growth across preferred locations Atlanta or Boston, with some travel. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, strong communication skills, and experience leading brand plans, budgets and external agencies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years pharmaceutical industry marketing experience.
• Experience with brand plans, budgets and external agencies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Garner insights to develop, implement and execute brand strategy.
• Conducts competitive analysis, market research for positioning.
• Develops competitive project strategies with evidence.
• Oversee promotional materials and collateral development.
• Support customer plans that increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Develop messaging for tactical programs and track KPIs/ROI.
• Identify digital and omnichannel ideas aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Manage budgeting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Train and mentor new Product Managers in core skills.
