Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical operations.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred (MS, MBA, PMP).
• Experience overseeing external manufacturing projects with quality oversight and governance.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling in GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate activities across quality, supply chain, engineering, regulatory, and finance.
• Create an integrated project plan outlining strategy for CMO relationship and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional obligations between sponsors and CMO, including governance.
• Develop and execute project plans, delivering milestones across the lifecycle.
• Develop team communication plans and share decisions, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, propose mitigations, and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Drive integrated project budgeting and support financial governance.
