Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager, Technical Operations to lead programs supporting neffy production.

You will work with CMOs and internal partners to ensure scalable formulation development, tech transfer, and GMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply. You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, while driving continuous improvement across the outsourced manufacturing network and DSCSA serialization activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Technical Operations or related function in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with CMOs/CDMOs and GMP clinical/commercial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with drug-device combinations, nasal/inhalation, sterile manufacturing preferred.
• Experience reviewing manufacturing batch records and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Technical Operations projects with external partners.
• Oversee formulation development, tech transfer, and PPQ activities.
• Coordinate with CMOs, Supply Chain, QA to plan clinical and commercial campaigns.
• Review batch records, deviation investigations, and change controls.
• Monitor process performance and identify risks for CAPA.
• Support DSCSA serialization/compliance activities.
• Support vendor qualification and onboarding.
