DrFirst is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to prospect, negotiate, and close new business with pharmaceutical manufacturers and media agencies. This quota-carrying leadership role owns relationships with the most strategic targets and drives complex deals to close.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales or business development in healthcare tech/pharma marketing.
Proven history of hunting and closing net-new logos with zero-to-low existing relationships.
Consistent quota attainment 120%+ in enterprise sales or strategic partnerships.

Identify and close new pharma accounts and agency relationships.
Own full sales cycle from contact to signed contract on multi-million programs.
Forecast and maintain pipeline in Salesforce with accurate revenue projections.
