Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to support Generative AI tools in a pharmaceutical R&D environment. Qualifications

• BS with 5+ years of experience OR MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Jupyter Notebook, Dataiku DSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with RDKit for cheminformatics applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge graphs and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems for scientific data.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI‑driven solutions for chemical process optimization.
• Implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics and decision support in chemical synthesis.
• Build robotic control systems to orchestrate workflows using modular lab equipment.
• Create new applications leveraging the Jupyter framework for web‑based tools.
• Integrate and visualize experimental data within applications where applicable.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based pipelines for data acquisition and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with scientific stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on prototypes.
• Work with APIs, databases, and internal data pipelines for seamless integration.
• Document code and workflows in compliance with internal best practices and quality standards.
