Avalere Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Pharma advertising agency Senior Account Executive to deliver digital promotional campaigns for pharma clients. You will oversee day-to-day account activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects from brief to execution.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of pharma advertising agency experience, strong client communication, and a solid grasp of project timelines, budgets, and billing.

Qualifications

• Pharma advertising agency experience required.
• 3-5 years in account management at an advertising agency.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor and/or Account Director in the daily management and progress of client work, including creation of work orders, change orders, project briefs, status reports, conference reports, and review of project timelines with Project Management.
• Communicate effectively with assigned client contacts and support billing processes.
• Foster strong relationships with day-to-day project managers, copywriters, and art directors.
• Attend market research, capture notes, and download team on trends observed and insights gathered.
• Possess agency process knowledge and follow up with internal departments to keep work moving.
