Job summary

Synchrony Group, headquartered in West Chester, PA, seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth for assigned accounts and lead cross-functional teams in strategic pharma advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities include client development, creating SOWs, and guiding campaigns from concept through delivery, while maintaining relationships and ensuring high-quality outputs that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advertising and account/client services support in pharmaceutical marketing.
• History of successful management of more than $1M of fee/year.
• Specific industry and/or therapeutic expertise is required.
• Substantial experience leading print, digital, and video advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue that meets and exceeds objectives, including client development, retention, organic growth, and annual planning.
• Lead internal cross-functional core teams and clients on strategic and tactical plans for pharmaceutical advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Manage budgets for individual projects and monitor hours, ensuring timely delivery and quality deliverables.
• Prepare compelling briefs and Statements of Work (SOWs) and participate in client presentations and proposals.
