Precision AQ in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead client engagements and drive strategic marketing programs for top pharmaceutical clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure profitable deliverables across assigned accounts.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach and the ability to handle multiple clients under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical agency work and client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications with team members and stakeholders.
• Support development of new business initiatives and organic growth within assigned account.
• Lead client projects and manage budgets, timelines and milestones.
• Provide daily client contact and prepare status reports and next steps.
• Oversee content planning meetings and regulatory review processes.
• Assist with financial and forecasting reporting.
