Job summary

SynBio is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (Entry level and/or Specialty) to drive brand awareness, business development, and sales. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare clients.

The position offers full-time hours, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement, and training support to grow the campaign and manage client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales OR customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
