Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Planner/Buyer for 3rd Party Operations. The role leads planning and purchasing for externally manufactured finished goods and manages inventory with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels. Hybrid schedule with collaboration across Commercial Operations and Quality Assurance.

The position requires pharmaceutical planning experience, SAP proficiency, and strong analytics, Excel, and presentation skills to drive timely launches and transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management, computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with production planning in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
• 3+ years of planning experience.
• 3+ years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing (Excel/Word) and PowerPoint.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide updated forecasts at the beginning of each month to external manufacturing and packaging partners.
• Create and submit purchase orders for APIs, finished goods, and packaging components.
• Lead supply chain meetings with external partners and ensure alignment on production schedules.
• Coordinate inventory management to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics; expedite late orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Support S&OP processes and develop 3rd party product slides for S&OP presentations.
