Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience and strong interest in mechanical systems and failure analysis.
• Proficiency with data analysis software (Python, R, MATLAB, Tableau, Power BI) and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-protection, and related failures.
• Field inspections and hands-on engineering analyses at client sites.
• Prepare clear, defensible reports and presentations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Travel to client sites ~25% as needed.
