Responsibilities

• Review, research, and process PFD applications to determine eligibility.
• Analyze applicant information and request information needed for accurate determinations.
• Provide professional customer service in person, by phone, and by email regarding eligibility and procedures.
• Prepare written correspondence and issue eligibility decisions, including approvals and denials.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and identify discrepancies or potential fraud.
