Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates, including training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Delegate daily tasks and act as leader on duty when required.
• Ensure exceptional pet parent experience and store operations.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate store opening/closing and promote hotel services.
• Maintain merchandise standards and support promotions.
• Ensure safety for associates, pets, and guests.
