Job Title: Field Service Technician Level II

A Service Technician has a wide variety of skills and will be able to work through difficult problems. This person installs, maintains & repairs fuel dispensers; submersible fuel pumps; service station site controllers; credit card readers; cash register consoles; pumping PCW; tank & line monitoring equipment; and other equipment found in service stations and convenience gas stations.

Responsibilities
  1. Work in a safe manner and comply with fire safety, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
  2. Analyze and determine actions for service and repair of equipment.
  3. Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance professionally and efficiently.
  4. Implement factory authorized modifications as per specifications.
  5. Maintain necessary tools for effective and safe job performance.
  6. Follow customer safety and housekeeping guidelines during repairs.
  7. Resolve warranty calls on dispensers and tank monitors.
  8. Perform service calls, including after-hours as needed.
  9. Conduct break-fix and preventative maintenance on electronics, computers, and fuel systems, including plumbing and mechanical work.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by completing duties cost-effectively.
  11. Complete prerequisite work to obtain and maintain OEM certifications.
  12. Travel as required.
Requirements
  1. Valid Driver's License.
  2. High School Diploma or GED.
  3. Familiarity with computer operations and aptitude for learning new skills.
  4. Preferred: Gilbarco Dispenser and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certifications.
  5. Eligibility to work in the United States.
  6. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, and standing for 8-10 hours daily.
  7. Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR (if driving).
