Petroleum Equipment Service Technician

The Company:

Our client is the leading US petroleum contractor for petroleum dispensing equipment. This company is firmly established with a solid market position and reputation as an award-winning petroleum systems firm, servicing 19+ states and specializing in the construction and servicing of fleet fueling facilities, aviation, retail service stations, convenience stores, and marinas.

They are adding a Service Technician to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, and Verifone RUBY systems.

Your Role:

Performs repairs and maintenance on UST/AST System components at retail and commercial fueling facilities. These components may include:

• Dispensers, Pumps, Controllers, POS consoles, Printers
• Fuel Management Systems, Tanks and Tank hardware
• Compressors, Filters, Tank level monitors/Leak detection equipment
• Lighting and Electrical systems, Valves, Piping and Fluid conveying systems
• Other electro/mechanical equipment

The Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience
• Clean driving record
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• A can-do, positive attitude with good follow-through skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic repair
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and work well under pressure
• Availability to be on call and capable of completing all work efficiently and effectively

Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills are essential
