Job summary

Gulfstream Petroleum Services Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee petroleum construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, and client communication on site.

You'll lead teams, review drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage subcontractors and inspectors to keep projects on time and within budget. Experience with AST/UST fuel systems and construction management is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in petroleum, construction, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of fuel systems and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with government or healthcare facilities preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage petroleum projects including AST/UST systems, generator fuel systems, day tanks, and fuel piping.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and permitting agencies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for petroleum projects including: Aboveground and underground fuel tank installations and removals; Generator fueling systems and day tanks; Fuel piping, pumps, filtration systems, and remote fills; Monthly compliance inspections, maintenance, and diesel fuel polishing.
• Review drawings, specifications, site conditions, and scope documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
