• Answer phone, record orders and information, and resolve customer problems.
• Act as primary link with drivers; monitor progress and routes.
• Assign same-day deliveries; communicate with Routing Specialist for next-day planning.
• Resolve COD issues by coordinating with dispatcher and credit.
• Review metrics and participate in market performance goals.
