Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions seeks an energetic Petroleum Construction Crew Leader for our Construction Division. You will specialize in installing and removing petroleum storage tanks, piping, dispensers, and pumping units, while overseeing concrete work, electrical tasks, and environmental cleanup.

You will coordinate crew tasks, monitor schedules, ensure safety, and maintain quality with subcontractors to meet project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus, but not required.
• 40hr OSHA training is a plus.
• Installer certifications in the industry are a plus.
• Equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary.
• Work outside during all types of weather.
• Work under time constraints and with others.
• Follow all company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate task assignments and supervise crew members for construction projects.
• Monitor and adjust crew schedules and subcontractor work.
• Enforce safe work practices and maintain site housekeeping.
• Brief crew on daily tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Track rental equipment, materials and costs to manage budgets.
• Verify progress against codes and project specs.
• Document daily activities, inspections and visitors.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
