Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions in the Dallas area seeks an energetic Petroleum Construction Crew Leader to join our Construction Division. You will oversee installation and removal of above and below-ground tanks, piping, dispensers, and pumping units, delivering safe, compliant work on retail, commercial, industrial, and government projects.

You will coordinate tasks, supervise crews and subcontractors, track schedules and costs, ensure codes and manufacturer specs are met, and maintain documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in the petroleum industry or related field is a plus.
• 40hr OSHA training is a plus.
• Installer certifications in the industry are a plus.
• Equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs as required.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work under time constraints and with others.
• Follow all company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks for construction projects.
• Monitor schedules and sub-contractors; assign the best skills to tasks.
• Ensure safe work practices and daily job site housekeeping.
• Brief crew on daily tasks and direct workmen accordingly.
• Track rental equipment and materials; monitor labor costs to stay within budget.
• Verify progress aligns with codes, specs, and manufacturer requirements.
• Document daily activities, materials used, testing, inspections, and visitors.
• Maintain and organize product warranty documentation.
• Foster positive relationships with crew, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely flow of materials.
