Job summary

Burrow Global seeks an entry level to mid-career Capital Project Manager to lead capital projects in a petrochemical setting. You will direct engineering, procurement, and construction activities and define project requirements through a comprehensive Project Management Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the Petrochemical industry.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling and project controls; advanced PM expertise.
• Broad knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines; expertise in at least one discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project performance, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients per procedures.
• Make authoritative decisions affecting engineering activities.
• Maintain contacts with engineers and stakeholders; navigate issues by persuasion.
• Allocate personnel and financial resources to support programs.
